Configure result reviews

You can configure result review parameters for compliance assessments, control executions, and control tests, provided the related component is enabled in Active components.

Prerequisite

You have the Risk and Compliance administrator function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration.Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Risk and Compliance.

  3. Under SYSTEM CONFIGURATION, click Workflow management.

  4. Under Configuration, click Result reviews.

  5. Click the relevant task type, for example, Control test. The parameters are displayed.

  6. Enable the status for which result reviews are to be generated and performed. By default, all displayed status are enabled.

  7. Select the minimum and maximum number of required reviewer roles. These settings determine how many reviewer roles a scheduler must be assigned to in order to be able to generate tasks.

    To enable the review of results to be omitted, set Minimum to 0.

    If all tasks require result reviews, set Minimum to 1 or higher.

    If no review is required, select 0 for both entries or disable all status.

    If more than one role is required to perform a result check, the roles perform the result review in the order in which they are modeled at the associated object. In other words, the role that is closest to the related object performs the result review first.

  8. Click Save.

The settings are saved and applied to newly generated control tests. To reset your custom settings to the default values, select the relevant task type, then click Reset Reset.
