Specify mandatory attributes

You can specify which task status require certain attributes to be mandatory.

Prerequisite

You have the Risk and Compliance administrator function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration.Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Risk and Compliance.

  3. Under SYSTEM CONFIGURATION, click Workflow management.

  4. Under Configuration, click Mandatory attributes.

  5. Click the relevant task type, for example, Control test. The Specify mandatory attributes panel is displayed.

  6. Select the status for which the respective attribute is to be displayed as mandatory to users.

  7. Click Save.

The settings are saved and applied to all open tasks. To reset your custom settings to the default values, select the relevant task type, then click Reset Reset.
