Configure parameters

You can configure ARIS Risk and Compliance with parameters in Risk and Compliance configuration in ARIS Administration.

Prerequisite

You have the Risk and Compliance administrator function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration.Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Risk and Compliance.

  3. Under SYSTEM CONFIGURATION, click Workflow management.

  4. Click the relevant parameter group, for example, General workflow. The parameters are displayed.

  5. Make the relevant changes, for example, enable a feature.

The changes are immediately applied and stored in the database. Click Reset Reset in the row of the relevant parameter to return to the default value.

  • General workflow > Empty attributes

    If this parameter is set to true, empty attributes of ARIS Risk and Compliance objects are not displayed. ARIS reports are not affected by this parameter.

  • General workflow > Unlock offline objects locked by other users

    If this parameter is set to true, owners and reviewers of the offline processing role of the object can remove the offline processing object lock set by other users.
