Transfer roles to ARIS database

You can transfer the roles specified in the Risk and Compliance configuration in ARIS Administration to an ARIS database. This function triggers the Send roles to ARIS Repository report.

Prerequisite

You have the Risk and Compliance administrator function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration.Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Risk and Compliance.

  3. Under DATA MANAGEMENT, click Roles.

  4. Click Send roles to ARIS Repository Send to ARIS Repository. The Transfer roles from Risk and Compliance to modeling database dialog is displayed.

  5. Select the ARIS database that is to be used to transfer the roles to the ARIS database.

  6. If you want to transfer roles to a specific database group, select the corresponding database group. Otherwise, the roles are transferred to Main group.

  7. Click Next.

  8. Use the summary to check if your settings for the transfer are correct.

  9. Click Finish.

The Risk and Compliance roles are transferred to the database or database group for which the report was run.
