Import or export configuration settings

You can import and export the Risk and Compliance configuration settings, such as GENERAL, WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT, or Forms and Lists.

Prerequisite

You have the Risk and Compliance administrator function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration.Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Risk and Compliance.

  3. Under ADMINISTRATION, click Settings import/export.

  4. To export settings, click Export your ARIS Risk and Compliance settings.

    1. Enable the check boxes of the settings you want to export.

    2. Click Next.

      The settings are exported as a ZIP file. Now you can download the file.

  5. To import settings, click Import your ARIS Risk and Compliance settings.

    1. Navigate to the relevant ZIP file.

    2. Enable the settings you want to import.

    3. Click Next.

    4. Confirm the warning message.

      The settings are imported.
