Update references for renamed ARIS databases

You can check whether the references to ARIS databases are up to date or whether a reference requires an update because an ARIS database was renamed. This is required to open data from ARIS Risk and Compliance in ARIS and vice versa.

Prerequisite

You have the Risk and Compliance administrator function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration.Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Risk and Compliance.

  3. Under ADMINISTRATION, click Aris database references.

  4. Databases that require a reference update are labeled Not found - Select an existing ARIS database under ARIS databases available in ARIS Repository.

    Only published databases are displayed.

  5. Select the matching current database name from the list.

  6. Confirm the update of the reference. Note that this action cannot be undone.

  7. Repeat the previous steps for all outdated references.

The database references are updated.
