Run server tasks manually

Server tasks are automatically generated at the execution time specified in ARIS Risk and Compliance (Administration Administration > General > System management > System configuration > Administration > Server task schedules). The server tasks are usually executed at night. For detailed information on how to configure parameters and schedule server tasks, refer to the online help of ARIS Risk and Compliance (Administrate ARIS Risk and Compliance > Manage the system > Adapt server task schedules and the Technical Help of ARIS Risk and Compliance > Installation, chapter Configure parameters.

For training and presentations only, you can also manually trigger this function in ARIS.

Prerequisite

You have the Risk and Compliance administrator function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration.Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Risk and Compliance.

  3. Under ADMINISTRATION, click Server tasks > Run server tasks now.

  4. Click the required server task.

  5. Select the relevant environment when prompted.

The server task is triggered.
