Use general settings for message templates

You can specify a general notification setting for internal messages and e-mails and thereby overwrite the individual settings of the various message templates for notifications.

Prerequisite

You have the Risk and Compliance administrator function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration.Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Risk and Compliance.

  3. Under DATA MANAGEMENT, click Messages.

  4. Under Configuration, click Settings.

  5. Under Message types you can:

    1. Activate notifications: Activate (overwrite message template settings)

    2. Deactivate notifications: Deactivate (overwrite message template settings)

    3. Specify that the settings of the respective message templates are used: Use the message template settings .

Your changes are saved and will be applied accordingly.

To reset changes to the default options, click Reset Reset.
