Dashboards

You can upload styles and themes for dashboards that can be processed in the dashboard editor.

Upload styles and themes

Upload styles and themes for dashboards. We recommend that you back up the existing styles and themes for the dashboards before you upload a new set of styles and themes, in case the uploaded styles and themes does not meet your expectations.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Dashboard administrator function privilege.

  • Your ARIS server is enabled for ARIS Aware.

  • You have a customized ZIP archive containing LESS files.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration. Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Dashboards.

  3. Click Styles & Themes.

  4. In the Dashboard styles area, click Upload.

  5. Select the relevant file.

You have uploaded styles and themes for dashboards.

Download styles and themes

Download styles and themes for dashboards.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Dashboard administrator function privilege.

  • Your ARIS server is enabled for ARIS Aware.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration. Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Dashboards.

  3. Click Styles & Themes.

  4. In the row of the relevant styles and themes, click Download Download.

You have downloaded styles and themes for dashboards. The styles and themes are saved in a ZIP archive containing a LESS files.

Compile styles and themes

If you use customized the styles of the dashboards, you must manually start the compiling of the modified style files to apply your changes.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Dashboard administrator function privilege.

  • Your ARIS server is enabled for ARIS Aware.

  • You have a customized ZIP archive containing LESS files.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration. Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Dashboards.

  3. Click Styles & Themes.

  4. In the row of the relevant styles and themes, click Compile Compile.

You have started the compiling of styles and themes for the dashboards.

Delete styles and themes

Delete styles and themes for dashboards.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Dashboard administrator function privilege.

  • Your ARIS server is enabled for ARIS Aware.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration. Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Dashboards.

  3. Click Styles & Themes.

  4. In the row of the dashboard style you want to delete, click Remove Delete.

You have deleted styles and themes for dashboards.
