Test connection to a third-party document management system

You can test the connection to a third-party document management system.

Prerequisite

You have the Technical configuration administrator function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration. Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Document storage.

  3. Click the arrow next to the relevant document management system.

  4. Click Connection.

  5. Click Test connection Test connection.

A message is displayed, whether or not the connection to a third-party document management system server specified is valid.
