Check what is new

The What's new area lists notifications concerning approved processes, such as EPC, Value-added chain diagram, or BPMN collaboration diagram.

Prerequisites

  • Your administrator has provided the ARIS Enterprise Rollout Add-Ons (YSPRA) extension pack license.

  • The What's new component is enabled for Home in the configuration.

  • You have at least the Viewer license privilege.

  • You have at least read access for the relevant models.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. In Home, navigate to the What's new area.

  2. Click the model name to navigate to a new or changed model.

    1. For new models the fact sheets are displayed in Published content. The notification for the model is moved to the archive of What's new.

    2. For models with changes, the differences between the previous model version and the current model are displayed. To display the fact sheets in Published content, click Go to published model next to model name.

  3. Click Reset to default Refresh, to update the What's new area. Notifications about recently approved processes are added. Read notifications are moved to the archive.

  4. When you leave Home or click Reset to default Refresh, read notifications are automatically moved to the Archive Archive.

  5. Click More More > Archive all, to move all notifications to the archive.

  6. To open the archive, click Archive Archive.

All notifications you have already reviewed are listed. To return to the current list, click Archive Archive again.
