Configure Overview fact sheet

You have several options to configure the Overview fact sheet.

From the 'Published content' view

You can start the configuration of the Overview fact sheet from the Published content Published content view. If you configure the fact sheet from the Published content view, the currently activated configuration set is copied, activated, and the Overview fact sheet is opened for editing.

Prerequisite

You have the Portal administrator function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. Click Edit Edit > Configure fact sheet Configure fact sheet. The fact sheet Overview is opened in the edit mode of the Administration.

  3. Click General settings General settings to define the tile size and distances between the tiles. Click Change preview to check your changes for a specific model. To reset the changes, click Restore default settings.

  4. Click Add, select the component or the property to be displayed and position the property using drag and drop within the frame displayed. Use the handle to change the size of a tile by dragging it with the mouse to the required size.

  5. Select a tile and click Delete Delete tile to delete a tile.

  6. Click Save to save your changes.

You have customized the Overview fact sheet to meet your needs. To change your customization, select a tile and click Edit selection Edit selection.

From the 'Publication settings'

For new items to be displayed you need to define the position on the overview page where the content is to be shown in the fact sheet.

Prerequisite

  • You have created your own modification set.

  • You have the Portal administrator function privilege.

  • If you use the content type configuration, the content type set must be active for publication and modeling.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration. Configuration Configuration is displayed.

  2. Click Publication settings > Manage configuration sets. All available configuration and modification sets are displayed. You can edit the modification sets.

  3. Click Edit Edit in the row of the relevant modification set.

  4. Click Fact sheets on the Define modification set page. All items available for fact sheets are displayed.

  5. If you use the content type configuration, add each item that you have added to the content type set to the item list.

  6. Move the mouse pointer over the item you want to change the overview page for, for example, Process.

  7. Click Edit Edit. The Edit fact sheet page opens. All subordinate sheets are listed.

  8. Move the mouse pointer over the Overview entry and click Edit Edit.

  9. Click General settings General settings to define the tile size and distances between the tiles. Click Change preview to check your changes for a specific model. To reset the changes, click Restore default settings.

  10. Click Add, select the component or the property to be displayed and position the property using drag and drop within the frame displayed. Use the handle to change the size of a tile by dragging it with the mouse to the required size.

  11. Select a tile and click Delete Delete tile to delete a tile.

  12. Click Save to save your changes.

The Overview fact sheet is adjusted. To change your customization, select a tile and click Edit selection Edit selection.

To make the customized Overview fact sheet available for the ARIS users, activate this modification set.
