Review input and output data of activity
When you receive an e-mail informing you that an activity has failed you can review the input and output data of the activity to find out whether they caused the failure.

Click
Application launcher > 
Administration.Click
Process administration.Select the process instance of the executable process containing the failed activity. You were informed about the relevant activity in the notification.
Click History.
Click the activity whose execution failed.
The details of the instance are displayed below the table. Click Input data or Output data to review the data.
You can change the output data using the function Skip activity.
