Hide or unhide processes

You can temporarily or permanently hide a process so that it cannot be started. This can be useful, for example, if a problem was detected in the process and it will take time to fix it, or if a process is no longer to be started but the execution data is to be retained.

Prerequisite

You have the Process Governance administrator function privilege.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Administration Administration.

  2. Click Process administration Process administration.

  3. Navigate to the executable process you want to hide or unhide.

  4. Under Processes, click the relevant process.

  5. Click Hide Hide or Unhide Unhide process.

If you have selected Hide Hide, there is no way to start the process until you Unhide Unhide the process. If you have selected Unhide Unhide, the process can be started again.
