Report: Send roles to ARIS Repository
Use
This report enables administrators to import roles that were created or updated in ARIS Risk and Compliance. The roles created or updated in ARIS are role objects (OT_PERS_TYPE). After the import, the created role objects can be used in the respective models to define role responsibilities in ARIS Risk and Compliance. For each role created in ARIS, the attributes Name, Description, ARIS Risk and Compliance role type, and ARIS Risk and Compliance role level, , and ARIS Risk and Compliance GUID are set accordingly. If a role is deactivated in ARIS Risk and Compliance, the attribute Deactivated is set to true, otherwise to false. If a role from ARIS Risk and Compliance already exists in ARIS, only the Name, Description, and Deactivated attributes are updated. This report is not available to users. It is only available under DATA MANAGEMENT > Roles in Risk and Compliance configuration. For detailed information, refer to Transfer roles to ARIS database in the online help of ARIS.
