Use ARIS Online Guide
ARIS Online Guide enables you to make information available throughout the company on the customization of your business processes. To make ARIS Online Guide available in ARIS, please refer to the ARIS online help (Manage ARIS > Manage SAP Solutions) or the ARIS for SAP Solutions guide. Read the documents on the ARIS Documentation website or download them from the ARIS Download Center.
You can also make all documents created as part of your customizing in the SAP® system available to all employees from the SAP® system. If you want to explain complicated processes in more detail, you can either assign information carriers, link documents (for example, via system attributes Link 1 to Link 4), or specify executable codes directly at functions.
From the SAP® system, documents can be made accessible as help via the F1 key. If you use SAP® Enable Now and have configured the system accordingly, you can 
open the process model related to the SAP Fiori® App for help.
