Integrate SAP® Cloud ALM
To use ARIS as leading BPM system to manage your business processes and work with projects for SAP® Cloud ALM, you create and edit processes in ARIS and export them to SAP® Cloud ALM. The complete management of the processes is done in ARIS at the database level.
The data volume that can be read from SAP® Cloud ALM must not exceed 500 MB.
All models that are exported to SAP® Cloud ALM are automatically published there. This means that these processes are directly available for the projects in SAP® Cloud ALM.
You can export the following model types to SAP® Cloud ALM:
Value-added chain diagram
EPC
EPC (column display)
EPC (row display)
BPMN process diagram (BPMN 2.0)
BPMN collaboration diagram (BPMN 2.0)
Enterprise BPMN process diagram
Enterprise BPMN collaboration diagram
All assignments of functions with the symbols SAP function, SAP shadow function, SAP function (value-added chain), and SAP shadow function (value-added chain) are exported if you export the project to SAP® Cloud ALM. Assignments of all BPMN functions are also exported.
