Open the Bookmarks panel
You can open the Bookmarks panel in edit mode.
The Bookmarks panel is hidden by default.
Prerequisite
The Bookmarks panel is enabled.
Procedure. Procedure
Create a dashboard or open a dashboard in the dashboard editor.
Click Bookmarks on the right side of the dashboard.
The bookmark bar opens.
To hide the bookmark bar click 
Hide bookmark bar.
