Open a dashboard

You can open an existing dashboard from the Models and objects Models and objects view of ARIS. The dashboard is displayed in view mode provided by the dashboard editor.

Prerequisites

  • You have the View permission for the dashboard.

  • You have the View permission for the assigned data feeds.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Start ARIS.

  2. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Dashboards & Data feeds Dashboards & data feeds. The dashboards are displayed.

  3. To open a dashboard, click the relevant dashboard name.

The selected dashboard opens in view mode of the dashboard editor.

If you open an existing dashboard created with the previous editor, the previous editor opens accordingly. However, you can still switch to the new editor at any time.

In edit mode, you can edit the dashboard currently opened, provided you have the Dashboard administrator function privilege. Click Edit mode Edit dashboard in the main menu.
