Sequential process
Functions, events and rules each have one incoming and one outgoing connection. As soon as the execution of the function is complete or an event has occurred, the token is forwarded to the following control flow element via the corresponding connection. Rules are activated as soon as the token reaches them via the connection. They immediately forward a token with the process number of the activating token.
