Create an action group

You can create action groups to connect ARIS Flows to external systems via REST API.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Flows Flows.

  2. Select Action groups Action groups.

  3. Click Add Create. The dialog opens.

  4. Enter a name for the group. The name can contain a maximum of 255 characters.

  5. Enter the REST API base URL starting with https://.

  6. Select the authentication method.

  7. Enter a test connection resource to verify the connection before saving. This is a specific endpoint path and method. Click Test connection to validate that ARIS can reach the service with the configured credentials.

  8. Click Save.

You created an action group.

To delete the action group, select it and click Delete Delete.
