Create a form template

Create form templates to be used as the basis for a new form.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Flows Flows.

  2. Select Form templates.

  3. Click Add Create. The dialog opens.

  4. Enter a name and optionally enter a description.

  5. Click Create. The form builder opens.

  6. Click the header and enter a name for the form template in the Properties panel.

  7. Click Settings Settings to specify the size of the form template and whether the form template is to be a dialog or a panel.

  8. Click Add Add widget.

  9. Add the required widgets.

  10. Select a widget and click Duplicate Clone to clone a widget.

    Select a widget and click Delete Remove to remove a widget.

    Click Dependencies to create dependencies between widgets.

  11. Click Preview Preview to display the preview.

  12. Click Save Save.

  13. Close the form builder.

You created a form template. This template can be used to create forms for triggers of the Manual type and for actions from the User interactions section.

To create a copy of the entire form template with a new name, click Duplicate Clone. You can open the clone directly after creating it. To import a form template from a .form file, click Import Import. If a form template with the same name already exists, you can overwrite it or save it under a new name. To delete the form template, click Delete Delete.
