Edit deprecated flows
Flows created with the old trigger and context concept from ARIS in versions older than 10.2026.4 are marked as
Deprecated in the flow list and in the flow builder.
Deprecated flows continue to work normally until the migration is made mandatory.
The first time you open a deprecated flow, a dialog explains the situation and offers three options: Update now, Remind me later, and Ignore.
The Update now option migrates the flow with the selected trigger. The context of the deprecated flow is preserved. Only if you select Event-based as trigger, the context is changed to User.
The Remind me later option opens the flow in the old version and you can edit it as before. The message will reappear when you want to edit the flow again.
The Ignore option dismisses the message and it will not reappear again.
Click
Application launcher >
Flows.
Click the flow you want to edit. The dialog opens.
If you want to update the flow, click the trigger you want to use. If you select the Event-based trigger type, the context is changed to User.
Click the button of the option you want to use.
The flow builder opens and you can edit the flow. Input parameters are only available if you select Instant as trigger and select Update now.
