Check activities flagged as inappropriate

Check content flagged as inappropriate and decide whether it must be deleted.

Additional prerequisite

Flagging activities is enabled in ARIS Administration configuration (Administration ARIS Administration > Configuration Configuration > Collaboration > General settings > Flag activities).

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Collaboration Collaboration.

  2. Under Administration, click Check flagged activities Check flagged activities. The activities flagged as inappropriate are displayed.

  3. Verify whether the Collaboration terms of use have been violated.

  4. Click Enable Allow if the content does not violate the terms of use.

  5. Click Comment a feed in Collaboration Comment to enter a comment or further information for a post.

  6. Click button_delete Delete if the content violates the terms of use, and then click OK.

The flagged activity was checked and is either deleted or will continue to be shown depending on the result. Alternatively, you can check the flagged activities in your notifications.
