Define filters

Define custom filters to find interesting posts quickly and easily using keywords or to obtain a better overview.

Prerequisite

Creating filters is enabled in ARIS Administration configuration (Application launcher Application launcher > Administration ARIS Administration > Configuration Configuration > Collaboration > General settings > Create filter).

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Collaboration Collaboration.

  2. Click New Create filter. The form for creating a filter opens.

  3. Select the relevant filter criteria, for example, whether you want all feeds or only feeds you follow to be included in the filter.

  4. Enter a name for the filter.

  5. Specify the keywords that can be used to find relevant posts. Use a space to separate the keywords.

  6. Click OK.

The filter is saved and is displayed under Filters on the left. Click the filter name to display the posts that contain the specified keywords.

To change a saved filter, click Filter Filter XY > Edit Edit filter. To delete filters that you no longer require, click Delete # Trash can Delete filter.
