Generate event-driven compliance assessment

In addition to the automatic generation of compliance assessments at scheduled times, you can also generate compliance assessments manually. Furthermore, you can generate event-driven compliance assessments in ARIS Risk and Compliance.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Regulation manager Risk and Compliance role.

  • The Event-driven task allowed option is enabled in the Compliance assessment definition form (schedulers for compliance assessment tasks).

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. Open the Compliance assessment fact sheet of the regulation or regulatory requirement for which you want to create a compliance assessment definition. If existing, the list of compliance assessment definitions (schedulers for compliance assessment tasks) of this regulation or regulatory requirement are displayed.

  3. Open the compliance assessment definition for which you want to create an event-driven compliance assessment. The form divided into Overview, Information, and Task schedule is displayed.

  4. Click Generate compliance assessment Generate compliance assessment. The corresponding dialog opens.

  5. Enter the Start date and Duration (in days) for the compliance assessment.

  6. Click OK.

The compliance assessment is generated. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
