Assign objects to issues

You can add relevant objects to your issues. For detailed information, such as workflow, example scenario, roles, refer to Issue Management in ARIS Risk and Compliance online help.

Prerequisites

You have the required privileges in ARIS, for example, the license privileges ARIS Connect Viewer or ARIS Connect Designer.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. To assign a database item to one or more issues, open the relevant fact sheet in Published content Published content (Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content), then click More More > Assign to issue Assign to issues.

    To assign a task item to one or more issues, open the relevant task in My GRC tasks My GRC tasks (Application launcher Application launcher > Quick access), then click My issues/Manage issues Manage issues > Assign to issue Assign to issues.

  2. Hover over the issues and enable the check boxes of the relevant issues.

  3. Click Assign to issue Assign.

The item is assigned to the issues.

To remove the object assignment, open the issue, then hover over the relevant object and click Remove Remove.
