Generate confirmation reports

You can generate a report that contains an overview of all confirmation processes (Output confirmation processes overview) and a report that contains details of one confirmation process (Output confirmation process details). You can only generate reports for confirmation processes for which you have the required access privileges.

To ensure the reports are not available to all ARIS users, restrict access to certain user groups (ARIS Architect > ARIS > Administration Administration > Evaluations > Reports > Confirmation management > <report xy> > Properties > Restrict access). For detailed information on how to manage scripts, refer to Manage evaluation scripts in the online help of ARIS.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Confirmation manager or Confirmation owner function privilege.

  • The reports are enabled for ARIS (ARIS Architect > ARIS > Administration Administration > Evaluations > Reports > Confirmation management > <report xy> > Properties > General > Available in ARIS). By default, the reports are disabled.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Quick access > Confirmations Confirmations.

  2. If necessary, use the filter to restrict the list based on specific search criteria.

  3. Click a process to navigate directly to the related object or model. The Confirmations fact sheet is displayed.

  4. Click Reports Reports. The Reports bar opens.

  5. Click the drop-down list box to display the list of available reports.

  6. Select Output confirmation processes overview or Output confirmation process details.

  7. Click Start.

  8. For the details report, also select the relevant confirmation process, then click OK.

  9. Click Download result and open the PDF file.

The report is generated.

If addressees were removed from a running confirmation process before they have confirmed, a list of the removed addressees is also displayed in the confirmation process details report. Addresses that are removed after they have confirmed are nevertheless displayed in the list of confirmations.
