Create infographics

You can create infographics for selected personas (objects of the Persona type). Objects of the Persona type can be used in models of Customer segmentation map and Matrix model type. You can select an object in a fact sheet in Published content Published content, in the repository, or in the open model. The following describes how to proceed in Published content Published content.

Prerequisite

For the Create infographic for persona report, the corresponding attributes of the persona objects must be specified.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Application launcher Application launcher > Published content Published content.

  2. If the Group tree is not visible, click the arrow in the middle on the left side to show it.

  3. Navigate to the relevant model.

  4. Select the name of the model that contains the persona.

  5. If you have selected a model of the Customer segmentation map type, select the Diagram fact sheet.

    If you have selected a model of the Matrix model type, select the Matrix fact sheet.

  6. Select the relevant Persona object in the fact sheet.

  7. Click Reports Reports. The Reports bar opens showing the name of the item for which the report is generated.

  8. Click the Down arrow down arrow next to the currently displayed report name.

  9. Select the Create infographic for persona report.

  10. Select the output format, for example, Output DOCX.

  11. Click Start. After the report is complete, the report is shown in the Report results link list for downloading.

  12. In the Report results link list, click Download.

You have created an infographic for a persona. Depending on the attributes entered for the persona, the information graphic provides information about the personality, the goals, the frustrations, etc.
