Edit your profile

You can change the data in your profile and view the licenses, privileges, and groups assigned to you. Data from LDAP users can be edited only to a limited extent.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click your initials > My profile. The user data is displayed.

  2. Click Edit Edit to change the e-mail address or the telephone number, for example. Some entries cannot be changed, such as the user name.

  3. Click Change password # login-key.svg Change password.

  4. Enter the old password, a new password, and confirm the new password.

  5. Click Apply.

  6. Click Set a profile picture Set a profile picture to set or change your picture.

  7. Select the picture file you want to use.

  8. To delete the current picture, click Delete Delete profile picture. The picture is deleted from your profile.

  9. To specify the usage of cookies, click Cookie settings Cookie settings and select your preferences.

Your changes are saved. If a different picture is uploaded in ARIS or in Collaboration, it is automatically transferred to the other application.
